Please read these terms carefully before using our services

Last Updated: 01 May 2026  |  By booking a shipment or using any service of CrystaLogistics, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "Consignor") and CrystaLogistics (hereinafter "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By placing a booking, creating an account, or using our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

  • All shipments must be booked through our official website, app, or authorised partners.
  • The Consignor (sender) is solely responsible for the accuracy of shipment details including weight, dimensions, content description, and receiver address.
  • An AWB (Air Waybill) number will be generated upon successful booking — this is your shipment reference for all tracking and dispute purposes.
  • We reserve the right to re-weigh and re-measure shipments. If actual weight or volumetric weight exceeds the declared weight, additional charges will apply.
  • Pickup is subject to availability in your area. Pickup time slots are indicative and not guaranteed.
  • CrystaLogistics reserves the right to refuse any shipment at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.

The following items are strictly prohibited and must not be shipped under any circumstances:

  • Narcotics, drugs, psychotropic substances, or any controlled substances.
  • Explosives, ammunition, firearms, or any dangerous weapons.
  • Flammable liquids, gases, or hazardous chemicals not declared under DG (Dangerous Goods) regulations.
  • Counterfeit goods, pirated media, or items infringing intellectual property rights.
  • Live animals, plants, or perishable biological material (unless under special agreement).
  • Currency (Indian or foreign), negotiable instruments, or bearer bonds.
  • Human remains, organs, or biological specimens without proper authorisation.
  • Pornographic material or any content prohibited under Indian law.

Shipment of prohibited items will result in immediate seizure, legal action, and permanent account termination. The Consignor bears full legal and financial liability for any consequences.

  • All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • GST at 18% is applicable on all shipment charges.
  • Rates displayed on the Rate Calculator are estimates. Final charges may vary based on actual weight, volumetric weight, ODA (Out of Delivery Area) surcharge, fuel surcharge, and special handling fees.
  • For prepaid shipments, payment must be made at the time of booking.
  • For To-Pay shipments, charges are collected from the consignee at the time of delivery. If the consignee refuses to pay, charges will be billed to the consignor.
  • COD (Cash on Delivery) remittances will be transferred to the consignor within 3–7 business days of delivery confirmation, subject to verification.
  • Business/Corporate clients with credit accounts must settle invoices within the agreed credit period. Overdue accounts will attract interest at 18% per annum.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Delivery timelines are calculated from the date of pickup, not the date of booking.
  • Delays may occur due to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, public holidays, incorrect addresses, or recipient unavailability — CrystaLogistics shall not be liable for such delays.
  • A maximum of 2 delivery attempts will be made. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to the consignor at their expense.
  • ODA (Out of Delivery Area) pincodes may have extended delivery timelines and additional surcharges.
  • CrystaLogistics' liability for loss or damage is limited to a maximum of ₹5,000 per shipment or the declared value, whichever is lower, unless additional insurance has been purchased.
  • Claims for loss or damage must be raised within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date for loss, or within 24 hours of delivery for damage.
  • No liability is accepted for: perishable goods, fragile items not adequately packed, inherent defects, contraband, prohibited items, or items with improper packaging.
  • The Company shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of business, profits, or data.
  • Packaging is the sole responsibility of the consignor. Claims arising from inadequate packaging will not be entertained.

By booking a shipment, the Consignor warrants that:

  • The shipment contents are accurately described and do not include any prohibited items.
  • All applicable export/import laws and regulations have been complied with.
  • The consignee's address, contact number, and pincode are accurate and complete.
  • The shipment is properly packed to withstand normal handling during transit.
  • The declared value is accurate and reflects the actual market value of the goods.
  • All necessary documentation (invoices, e-way bills, permits) for regulated goods have been provided.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.

In case of any dispute, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days before initiating legal proceedings. Disputes involving amounts below ₹50,000 may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
